I've been a long-time happy owner of a single Bike Friday, a high performance bicycle that also folds and fits into a suitcase. We speced a tandem version, the model 'Q', that comes apart and also converts to a single bike, and received it in two suitcases via United Parcel Service on Tuesday May 29. For now, there are (unedited) pictures of us putting the bike together - mostly some closeups of the tubes to share with folks at Bike Friday who are helping us with some issues with the timing chain. There are also some shots that our friend Bruce has taken of us on the tandem on June 24th, 2007.
