20080423 Bill Clinton's Visit to Hillsborough, NC
About a month after an earlier visit to the Triangle area of NC, President Clinton returned, this time to a small community ballpark (the Orange County Baseball Field) in Hillsborough, NC on Wednesday afternoon, April 23, 2008. He was campaigning for the Presidential bid of his wife, Hillary; she won the Pennsylvania primary the previous night and now the May 6th NC state primary is the biggest one left. He appeared at 2:48p, was introduced by Susan Burgess (Charlotte NC Mayor Pro Tempore), and spoke for about a half hour.
